The teen drama, supernatural, action packed, sci-fi and mystery romance comedy MTV’s “Teen Wolf” is looking for talented actors to play extras in various scenes for the show. Executive producer’s Marty Adelstein and Jeff Davis are putting together the next season of “Teen Wolf” and are putting together extras for the new season. “Teen Wolf” is about a social outcast named Scott McCall, a young lacrosse-player from Beacon Hills High. Then one night his entire life changes after he is bit by a werewolf and in turn is turned into a werewolf himself. He tries his best to keep everyone safe from werewolf hunters and his enemies.
“Teen Wolf” is definitely run on the basis of a teenager trying to find his place in the mess that his life has become with his new changes. “Teen Wolf” cast includes Tyler Poset as Scott McCall, Crystal Reed as Allison Argent, Dylan O’Brien as Stiles, Tyler Hoechlin as Derek Hale, Holland Roden as Lydia Martin, and Colton Haynes as Jackson Whittemore. The TV Series came out in 2009 and became popular with all of MTV’s audiences. The whole werewolf scenario was huge at the time with the release of the feature film “Twilight”. Producers are definitely influenced by the hit television drama “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”. The third season is set to air next year and is scheduled for 24 episodes as opposed to the usual 12. “Teen Wolf” has won various Teen Choice and Saturn Awards for Summer TV Show of the year as well as Summer TV Stars, with Tyler Posey winning the crown.
Casting departments around the country are looking for talented actors to play extras in various scenes of the show including some featured extra scenes where you would receive camera time. The casting department is taking head shots and contact information for all extras for the show. The television series will be putting together auditions and a casting call for all of the talent who are interested in coming in for the show auditions. Not every talent will actually be chosen for auditions or be booked, must be professional and super eager for the show. If you have some background playing as an extra whether on a television show or on a feature film set this will be a huge perk. Make sure to bring your resume and photos with you to auditions. I’ve never really acted expect for school plays, and in-class presentations. When i was younger i participated in church shows since i really enjoyed being on stage, and being in character always intrigued me. I did take a acting class in 2k12. It was amazing! But i didn’t have enough time that semester to continue the class. It did teach me techniques and way to stay in character. I actually participate in a special FX event 2 times a year. I am currently a freshman heading my way to a sophomore. My grades are average. I love being on stage, i love the attention. I love acting, it releases a exterior of a new person, yet the interior stays the same. I like to feel the emotion of characters, on camera, and on stage. Kisses on stage and camera make me feel as if the character actually exists in the moment. Which is a very good technique for an actress/actor to use while on camera. I once attempted to go on America’s Got Talent. But i wasn’t able to travel to the audition, so i couldn’t participate in the season i hoped for. The genre i’d enjoy acting for would of course be in the horror department, which also contains a little bit of drama. It attracts me to crave participating in such a great show such as teen wolf. And i honestly hope that the producers and editors could possibly consider me. It makes somebody like me who is living in a small town with not much attention feel like they can make their town much more popular if they are able to participate in such a masterpiece such as Teen Wolf. I’ve seen every season, and every episode. I’ve studied the characters. I believe i related mostly to Liam Dunbar. We are very close in age, both in high school. Both could be considered hot-heads at times. Scared of what i might do, i feel as if the producers and editors were to add another character, that possibly was to relate to Liam, that i could be that character, is that character is a female. I am a pretty big fan of Teen Wolf. At first it took me a little bit to get into it, but now Teen Wolf time is my “quiet time.” I’ve fallen for all of the characters, as I’m sure most of the audience has, and I am always on the edge of my seat. A little bit about myself i’m a freelance hip hop choreographer/ dancer and i believe I’d make a great addition to Teen Wolf season 4.
