ABC has another hit on its hand with their new show Last Resort. The show is produced by Shawn Ryan and will air on Thursdays. Last Resort deals  with politics, honor, and defending oneself and one’s country and its somewhat of a action romance soap. Last Resort marks ABC’s latest entry into the world of high-concept drama, one that ambitiously stretches from the White House to 500 feet below the ocean. The casting directors for ABC are now searching for several roles in the new series. This is a great opportunity for anyone that is looking to break into the acting industry.

The show is about the renegade crew of a U.S Nuclear missile submarine, the fictional USS Colorado, that defies an order to launch nuclear missiles towards Pakistan, a decision that costs the commanding officer his job when he refuses to follow out the orders without an explanation. When his second in command also questions the same orders, the vessel is fired upon without warning and the crew are left for dead in the middle of nowhere. Realizing that they have been declared enemies of their own country, they set up camp on the fictional island of Sainte Marina, and declare themselves a sovereign nation with nuclear capability. At the same time, the crew must find a way to prove their innocence and find out who set them up so that they can return home to the US.

The directors of this high tensity drama are now searching for males and females to play as extras in the new series.   7. Acting has always been a hobby of mine, but now I am ready for it to become my life. I have been taking classes and lessons for acting all my life and I really love to challenge myself. I like seeing people get surprised and shocked at what I can do. It’s always been something that made me happy to do. When people tell me that I did great or give me a compliment I am so excited. When they give me negative response, I don’t get down. When I get negative response I just ask them what could I do better and I take that in consideration. The negative responses make me a better actress and I embrace them. Just give me one chance and I promise I will not let you down.
