ABC TV Series Resurrection 2 casting call for Omar Epps photo double to work Sunday December 7th in Stone Mountain, Atlanta.
Resurrection is a TV series based on the book The Returned by John Mott. The series follows the residents of Arcadia as they try to make sense of the fact that their loved ones have returned from the dead and taking up residence among them.
In the first season Immigration and Customs agent J. Martin Bellamy is assigned to take a young boy, Jacob Langston, who was found in China back to his parents in Arcadia, Missouri. Agent Bellamy finds that Jacob has been dead since 1982 from a drowning accident and finds himself embroiled in the mystery of the young boy’s death and his return from the dead.
Season 2 of Resurrection premiered in September of 2014 and finds the town of Arcadia reeling from “the returned” being trapped by soldiers in the school gym by an angry and vengeful Sheriff Langston; then taken away to an undisclosed location. The returned continue to come back from the dead and Agent Bellamy finds himself being questioned by a mysterious woman and has finally figured out that he is a returned himself.
Resurrection is currently filming in the Atlanta area. The casting team at Cynthia Stillwell casting has released a casting call for an African American male who is the same build, height and complexion as Omar Epps.
