TBS is rebooting The Joker’s Wild game show and their host Snoop Dogg is looking for the best contestants possible. The new version will be set in a casino, complete with all types of games related to gambling and the spirit of winning big. The Joker’s Wild has aired at different times since the 1970’s. Contestants answer questions based on categories determined randomly by a mechanism resembling a slot machine. The show’s title refers to the game’s slot-machine mechanism also having jokers.
The show’s motto is, “the game where knowledge is king and lady luck is queen”. The last time it aired was 1991 when Pat Finn was the host. Snoop Dogg is a lively personality that will surely be entertaining as he steps in to take the host position.
