A young boy named Victor does research on a science experiment on his dog only to possibly bring his lovely dog named Sparky back to life in this brand new Tim Buron Film “Frankenweenie”. Victor later faces unintended consequences that have cost him monstrous results from what he has done. He has turned his once dead dog into a monster than wreaks havor and terrorizes the hearts of Victor’s neighborhood people. Victor spends the rest of the film trying to convince everyone along with his parents that Sparky is still the good loyal dog he once was. This comedy animation is Tim Burtons gift to his fans and film watchers for this Halloween.
Walt Disney Pictures and Tim Burton Productions are bringing to you some of the most animated and talented actors in Hollywood. The film is all in black and white and is currently in production. Speaking of actors this is possibly the first film in quite some time that does not feature Johnny Depp. Actor Martin Landau plays the voice of Mr. Rzykruski, Christopher Lee who plays the voice of Movie Dracula, Martin Short as Mr Walsh, and Charlie Tahan as the voice of Victor Frankenstien.
Talent will have the chance to submit video auditions along with voice over reels if you do have one. Not every actor is asked to be experienced but must be comfortable doing a film for voice over work only. Tim Burton is brilliant and this would be a great opportunity for any new talent trying to break into the industry as he does re-cast a lot of his other actors on how successful they end up. If you are interested in being a part of this project make sure that you do provide all of your information. Make sure to submit your voice over reel if you do have one, and those that do not you are more than welcome to make one to submit out for yourself. All talent submitting themselves for “Frankenweenie” will be contacted if the casting department is impressed and interested in working with you for this project or many others that may be available for voice over work. I feel that I would be good for the role because I have a very creative side to me that tends to follow the mysterious. I’m a graphic artist by trade, and most of my works are dark themes. I have always wanted to be an actor/voice actor because I feel I could really flourish in this field. It would mean the absolute world to me to be part of an experience like this. I’m not saying being an actor is cool because everyone says it. I’m saying it would be amazing to be a voice actor because you are lending your voice, your own self to a project that would takes months of dedication and hard work. I’m more willing than ever to lend my creativity in any way possible if that means becoming a voice actor for an amazing director like Tim Burton.
