The casting directors of ‘Outsiders’ are calling to the locals of Pittsburgh, who think that they can fit into the roles of guards and soldiers. The show is in the second season of its filming and is interested in auditioning male talents, for the roles of extras, on the show. The filming of the season will take place somewhere in the mid of June.

It is an American drama series that is being featured on WGN America. ‘Outsiders’ is the creation of the award-winning and critically acclaimed playwright Peter Mattei. The series is produced by Sony Pictures. The executive producers of the series are Peter Tolan, Mattei, Paul Giamatti and Michael Wimer.
Plot
The plot of the series emphasizes on the story of a family named Farrell who has been based in the rural areas of the Kentucky Mountains for generations. The clan has their separate set of rules that is different than that of the modern society that it is surrounded by. However, things start to get complicated, when modern society begins to interfere in what has been the territory of the family.
The lifestyle of this isolated family is threatened when the outsiders started showing interest in their land. The battle begins, when the members of the clan decide to take a stand and fight back to protect their unique heritage in the Appalachian Mountains.

The casting directors are looking for males, who can portray the characters of prisoners and guards on the show. As the shooting will continue for multiple days, it is important that the individuals are flexible with the schedule. Preference is given to the locals of Pittsburg. Applicants living at a reasonable distance from the location of the shoot will be considered ideal for the roles. All the roles of the extras for which the auditions are being held are paid.
